Using automet system reduces the need for many site activities by taking them offsite.

• Eliminating not just field welds but field fit welds by having all piping delivered onsite cut to length instead of having random lengths removes multiple handling of piping.
• Pre-fabrication of piping removes the need for in unit welding and in position fit-ups.
• Offsite fabrication QC removed the possibility of spools arriving onsite fabricated incorrectly causing the need for rework or the user of techniques that place workers at risk and jeopardize the integrity of the product by placing to much strain.
• Having the ability to measure from the ground removes the need to have personnel working at height.
• Checking foundations, tie points and potential clashes eliminate the possibility of heavy lifts not being set the first time.
